You can sign-up for 1-3 phases at a time.
1 phase = 5 weeks (4 weeks building and 1 week deloading)
Don’t worry, I’ll explain what that means!Â

What happens after you sign up?
- You will be sent a confirmation to fill out your profile on the Trainerize app (where you will view your program and communicate with me.)
- Following this I will send you your onboarding form and assessments I will need from you.
- Then you fill out the form and send back the assessments.
- Finally, within 5 business days form then you have your program and can get started! Yay!

Important Note:
You must receive a doctor's written approval before proceeding if you have/are...
- a man over the age of 44
- a woman over the age of 54
- if there is a history of heart attack, coronary revascularization, or sudden head in your immediate family of a male 55 or younger or female 65 or younger
- you currently smoke
- you quit smoking in the past 6 months
- or have been exposed to second-hand smoke within the past 6 months
- you are hypertensives or on medication for hypertension
- you have dyslipidemia
- you are diabetic or pre-diabetic
