Cap off a low-impact workout led by Estelle and Carly with a float down the Deschutes 🏋️♀️☀️🍹
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- bring your swimwear, floaty, and beverages
- be ready to workout
- we take care of the workout and music
- then we hop in the river
WHEN AND WHERE?
- Saturdays at 9am
- Farewell Bend Park (south end)
What if I don't wanna float?
How do we get back to our cars after the float?
Can I pay when I get there?
Can you make adjustments for those with injuries or pregnant?
Can minors attend?

HI! We're Estelle and Carly!
Carly (CrossFit and USAW Coach) and Estelle (ACE CPT and Life Coach) are bringing you fun and new workouts every Saturday (July 8-Sept 2) at 9am down at Farewell Bend Park. The workouts will be about 60-mins and then we'll hop in the river and float down to Drake Park. From there you can take the shuttle back your car or carpool with friends if you plan to attend together.
